Honey's Meatloaf
Grandma's recipe - classic comfort.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
Mix meatloaf ingredients. Shape into loaf in baking pan. Combine glaze ingredients and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
