Fiesta Fajitas
Family favorite for Taco Tuesday.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak or chicken
- Marinade:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Flour tortillas
Instructions
Marinate meat 2-4 hours. Grill or pan-sear. Saute peppers and onions. Slice meat thin. Serve with tortillas and desired toppings.
