Creamy Sausage Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb penne
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta. Brown sausage and drain. Add onion and garlic. Add tomatoes and cream. Simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Toss with pasta and Parmesan.
