Brownies Not from a Box

Named after Emilie came home from high school and announced that you could make brownies from a box.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups Sugar
8 ounces chocolate chips
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Preheat oven 350. Melt butter and chocolate chips. Mix in sugar, vanilla, eggs in a bowl. Combine sugar mixture and chocolate mixture. Pour in flour, baking powder and salt. Butter pan. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes
